Order Processing
Our fine art prints and framed artwork are made to order.
Processing times may vary depending on the artwork, size, framing options, and order volume. Estimated processing and delivery information will be provided when available.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Once your physical order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates
United States
Standard Shipping: FREE on all physical orders, with no minimum purchase.
International Shipping
International Standard Shipping is $45 USD per order for eligible destinations where shipping is available.
Available shipping methods and final charges are displayed at checkout.
International delivery availability depends on the destination and our currently supported shipping markets.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.
Please remember that shipping estimates begin after your order has been produced and dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.
International Orders & Customs
International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees unless these are expressly included at checkout.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are separate from our shipping rates.
Customs processing may also affect estimated delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your physical order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details when provided by the shipping carrier.
Please allow time for tracking information to become active.
Digital Downloads
Digital artwork does not require physical shipping.
Instant Downloads: Eligible purchases are delivered electronically through a download link after payment.
Personalized Digital Artwork: Custom designs are prepared using the personalization details provided at checkout. A digital proof is sent for approval before the final artwork files are delivered electronically.
No physical product or frame is shipped with digital-only purchases.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at fernlaneprints@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or has shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We want your artwork to arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us so we can review the shipment and assist with the next steps.
Any replacement or refund will be handled according to the circumstances and our applicable store policies.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our physical prints and framed artwork are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your purchase.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
Any approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
